The handheld stock recorder contains a unique program written by Shearwell Data Ltd, that allows not only electronic data capture, but also manual input - either using the official tag number or the management tag number.
This is a truly versatile system for the modern farmer. Breeding can be viewed, allowing comments to be stored against the dam, sire or individual animal. Cull reasons can be recorded as and when noticed. Other functions include automatic weight capture, recording of treatments, lambing/calving information, movements and cattle TB testing.
