The Knowledge Base is designed to allow you to quickly and easily search for information relating to FarmWorks by Shearwell Data Ltd.
If you are experiencing a problem you can search the Knowledge Base to find the most appropriate symptom, with possible solutions and links to related articles. Guide to finding information
By Category:
Click on a category from the Category Menu to display a list of related articles.
From the listed articles you can select an item to view a full description and if appropriate a detailed solution, a link to fix the problem and any associated error codes.
Clicking on an item in the Links section will take you to another page to display the fix that can be downloaded.
Clicking on an associated error code will display other articles that are connected with that particular error code.
By Searching:
The Knowledge Base can be searched on a specific word or part of a word,
by typing in the Search For box and clicking on the Search button (you
may need to click 'Open Search Panel' at the top right of the screen
to begin). For example typing in floppy will return all articles containing
the word floppy. Typing in flo will return all articles that contain
words with flo in them, such as floppy, flock etc.
You can select to search in all the categories or a category of your choice by selecting from the Category drop-down list.
Similarly you can search on a specific error code, selecting from the Error Code drop-down list.
History:
The history list will display the articles you have recently looked at, the most recent at the top of the list. To return to an article simply click on the item in the list.
