The NLMD is a tool developed specifically for farmers to assist them in making use of their farm data to provide a range of reporting facilities that create a global picture of their daily business.
The reporting facilities allow the farmer to analyse the performance of their stock against other producers in a region and to refine their animal pedigree to create a higher performing herd or flock.
The integration into the Farmworks by Shearwell Data Ltd farm management program makes the NLMD the next logical step in farm management.
Using the Internet and linking to new technology, the NLMD helps farmers to:

- Benchamrk their own performance against other producers in a regional context
- Link to government systems such as BCMS using our mobile telephone interface
- Receive electronic kill data direct from the abattoir*
