As with all good software, we are continually adding new features and enhancements to deliver a better system for our customers. The latest version of FarmWorks has the following additional features:

Sheep Holding Register - the new sheep holding register is now available in accordance with DEFRA legislation.

Haulier Details - it is now possible to enter and amend haulier details for the movement of sheep, which may be reported as required by DEFRA and Trading Standards.

Replacement tags - it is now possible to record the replacement of tags for individual animals in the Flock program.

Milk withdrawal - milk withdrawal periods are calculated and reported for treated animals.

Holding Filter - a holding filter has been added to help record the return of animals from grass keep.

Move reported animals to management groups - the option is now available to place animals that appear on a report directly into a management group. Old/dead stock may also be added to management groups.

BCMS passport / movement receipts warning - if a BCMS receipt has not been checked it will be displayed on a warning screen.

Filters - filters below grids (e.g. management group or breed) have been popping up as soon as the cursor is moved over them. There is now an option to set the filters to expand only when they are left-clicked (go to "Setup>Options", select the "General" tab and click in the box under "Animal Grid Filter Dropdown"). It is also now possible to filter animal grids by animal location.

Sheep Valuing - the facility has been added to set a (non-monetary) value to individual sheep by putting emphasis on factors such as lambs per season and scrapie genotype.

Weaning - weaning (and weaning weight) can be recorded for animals.

EID reports - it is possible to report on animals who have had no EID activity.

No offspring - Cattle not calved and sheep not lambed reports added.

Download kill sheets from NLMD - there is now the option to download fully priced kill sheets from "electronic" abattoirs via the NLMD.

Assignment to existing management groups - via drafting on Psion Workabout Pro.
