SDL Stick Reader Downloads

The Stick Reader software can be used to retrieve data from your Shearwell Stick Reader, allowing you to:
- Save the data as a text file (.txt extension on WIndows or .rtf on a Mac)
- Save the data in spreadsheet format (.xls file extension on Windows or Numbes on a Mac)
- As a New Feature! Save the data to the clipboard for pasting into a website form or another application.
Use the clipboard feature for, e.g. easy submission of lists of sheep to LIS (Livestock Information System).
Desktop Software
SDL Connect is the software program for connecting your stick reader to your computer. It allows you to retrieve data from your stick reader
When you download the software, choose Save File and once the file has finished downloading, go to your Downloads folder and run StickReaderSetup.exe.
Mobile Apps
Shearwell’s EID Connect app enables users to connect an SDL440S EID Stick Reader to an iPhone, iPod or iPad.
Shearwell’s EID Connect app enables users to connect an SDL400S or SDL440S EID Stick Reader to your Android device.
