Due to the ever evolving situation caused by the Coronavirus and the impact of measures introduced earlier in the week, our business, whilst remaining open and fully operational, albeit with a reduced but dedicated team, is experiencing a high demand for cattle and sheep ear tags given the time of year.
Shearwell Data Ltd, along with many other businesses supplying the farming industry, is a critical supply business. Because of the regulatory requirements to identify individual animals and thereby ensure full traceability for the food supply chain, our staff are working around the clock to keep up with demand for cattle and sheep tags.
We are committed to fulfilling your orders but would advise customers that the delivery times have been extended to approximately 14 working days. We would ask for your patience and understanding during this challenging time. Our staff are working extremely hard to ensure orders are dealt with as promptly as possible.

Here at Shearwell Data Ltd we are aware of the escalating impact of the Corona Virus measures but want to reassure our customers that we are open and processing orders as normal - it is “business as usual”.
We continue to manufacture and distribute our range of cattle and sheep tags in a timely manner, together with a range of other products (www.shearwell.co.uk).
However, we are beginning to experience a high volume of calls, many of which are calls chasing orders, with requests to push orders through as a matter of urgency. Whilst we are aware that it is a busy time of year in the farming calendar with lambing and calving under way, we would ask that customers only contact the business if you are wanting to place an order. Unless advised by a member of our customer service team, we will endeavour to complete and dispatch your order as requested on the original order.
Important: Please be advised that due to staffing shortages at Royal Mail the cut-off time for placing Urgent Orders and Special Deliveries with Shearwell Data will now be 11:30am daily, until further notice. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
