FarmWorks Classic Users

In September 2025 we informed active support subscribers that FarmWorks Classic (FarmWorks by SDL) has been discontinued and that support for the software is coming to an end.

You can continue using FarmWorks Classic, but support will not be provided once paid support plans have ended. Users should also be aware that future Windows updates or changes to your computer may cause FarmWorks Classic to lose functionality or stop working.

We now strongly encourage FarmWorks Classic users to move to our new livestock management software, MyFarmWorks.

This cloud-based subscription app makes record-keeping and herd management simpler and more flexible than ever.

FarmWorks Classic - Windows Update Fix
–You may experience problems with FarmWorks Classic after running Windows updates (error code 3240, 3251 or similar). These can often be resolved by closing FarmWorks Classic and running the fix linked below: https://www.shearwell.co.uk/Support/FarmWorksDatabaseFix
