Delivery Policy

We want you to receive what you buy from us quickly and securely.  Our shippers are brilliant but there will always be limitations. Please check our Delivery Policy below. We will always do our best to ship things as quickly as we can, but please remember to allow for production and shipping times.

Please note that any orders for Ketchum tags and PAT tags will not be despatched until the next working day at the earliest – even if Special Delivery postage is selected. If tags are required urgently, please consider ordering plastic tags instead. Replacement plastic tags can be despatched the same day if ordered before 2.00 pm and runs of plastic tags can be despatched the same day if ordered before midday.

Special Delivery (Next Day) Option

Please note that these orders must be signed for.

Next Day before 1pm £9.95 plus VAT *

Orders for Special Delivery must be placed before the following deadlines:

Replacement tags - by 2.00 pm

Runs of tags - by 12.00 midday

Please note that we may not have time to process large runs of tags for Special Delivery if they are ordered close to midday.

Orders placed on a Saturday cannot be processed until the following working day.

Alternative courier services for larger items, pallets and bulk deliveries are available.

It takes time to get authority to manufacture each tag order and time to manufacture the tags. If you choose "Next Day" in the delivery options, we will send the tags by a Next Day delivery service when they've been manufactured. We aim to process all orders received before 2pm the day we received them, but during busy times it may take a little longer. Therefore, selecting the "Next Day" service does not guarantee that you'll get the tags the next day.

We can normally prioritise orders that are urgent if you phone us and let us know. Please add a note to your order using the notes box in the shopping cart when you're ordering online and then phone us as soon as possible during business hours to check we can get your order to you when you need it.

Where "Next Day" delivery services are not available it is still a good idea to talk to us if your order is urgent so we can do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.



No Fault Returns

Orders placed using our web ordering system will be produced exactly as specified when ordering. Depending on the category of the product goods may be produced within a very short turnaround time.  Cancellations made by telephone to 01643 841611 BEFORE the order has been processed will be valid.

You may notify us in writing or by email that you wish to cancel your order however there is a risk that the goods may be produced between your order being taken and the post or Email cancelling that order being received or read.  There is no guarantee that your notice of cancellation will be received in time.

If you believe the goods have been produced differently from the way they were ordered we would ask you to telephone us to discuss the matter and make arrangements for their return. If you return goods to us we ask that you do so using the original packaging.

They must be unused, unassembled, and be in good clean condition.

We require you to show a duty of care, and to take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and good condition of the goods you wish to return.

Faulty Returns

 In the unlikely event of you receiving faulty goods, please contact us within 48 hours from delivery date and you will be offered the following options:

A replacement or re-selected item will be shipped to you as soon as possible and the faulty item collected from you at our expense.

If you would prefer not to have a replacement or to re-select, please return the item to us wrapped with the original packaging and if on receipt of the returned item we determine that it is faulty you will receive a full refund including the price of the postage.

Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.




You can order online with confidence that your credit card details are secure.

When you get to the payments screen, the lock symbol will appear at the bottom of your web browser indicating that you are on a secure server for entering your credit card details.

The credit card details are held on the secure server until we are ready to despatch your order, when they are collected and deleted from the secure server.

Your card details are as secure when we collect them as they are when you leave them.

Double click on the lock symbol at the bottom of the web page where you enter your credit card details for more information. 

Card data is sent directly to our payment provider - we do not store any credit card details.
